LUBBOCK, Texas (November 29, 2011) - Lubbock Christian University Athletic Director Paul Hise has announced that Babak Abouzar has resigned his position as head women's soccer coach of the Lady Chaparrals to pursue other coaching opportunities.

LUBBOCK, Texas (November 9, 2011) - The 2011 Capital One Academic All‐District Women’s Soccer Teams, selected by the College Sports Information Directors of America, have been released to recognize the nation’s top student‐athletes for their combined performances athletically and in the classroom.  Lubbock Christian University was recognized with Kaylyn Settle becoming the first Lady Chaparrals soccer player to ever receive the honor.

OKLAHOMA CITY (November 5, 2011) - For a second straight season, Lubbock Christian University had their season come to an end in the opening round of the Sooner Athletic Conference Tournament to Oklahoma City University, as the No.15 Stars shutout the Lady Chaparrals 3-0 Saturday afternoon in a windy affair.
