LUBBOCK, Texas (January 21, 2011) - For a second consecutive game, Emily Atkins led all scorers with 25 points and Nicole Hampton added a double-double with 16 points and 12 rebounds, as the duo led No.9 Lubbock Christian University to a 74-65 win over John Brown University in Sooner Athletic Conference play Saturday afternoon inside Rip Griffin Center.  The win keeps LCU perfect (11-0) in SAC play and extends their win streak to 12 games.

LUBBOCK, Texas (January 19, 2011) - No.9 Lubbock Christian University closed their game on a 10-2 run and received 25 points from Emily Atkins, as the Lady Chaparrals extended their win streak to 11 games with an 87-70 victory over Rogers State University Thursday night in Sooner Athletic Conference play inside Rip Griffin Center.  The 11-game win streak is the longest under ninth-year head coach Steve Gomez for the Lady Chaps.

OKLAHOMA CITY (January 16, 2012) - The Sooner Athletic Conference announced their Player of the Week honors and Lubbock Christian University guard Brittany Roberts was selected as the Women’s Player of the Week for Jan. 9-15.
