Sophomore Season - LCU
Caitlin made 29 appearances and made eight starts for the Lady Chaps. She converted on 112 kills and posted 34 blocks. In conference play, Kender ranked 20th in the SAC with a .184 hitting percentage.
Freshman Season - LCU
The middle blocker appeared in 31 matches, starting in 12 of them. She compiled 153 kills and had a .294 kill percentage. She ranked third on the squad with 50 blocks (43 assisted).
In High School
Caitlin prepped locally at Coronado High School. She played her senior season under head coach Chad Jones and compiled 294 kills and 88 blocks. Caitlin was a First Team All-District (2-5A) selections this past season and also earned a First Team spot on the Lubbock Avalanche-Journal's All-City Team. Coronado's Team Captain lettered three seasons at Coronado and also lettered multiple seasons in track & field, where she competed in the long, triple and high jump events.
