In High School

Maddie is a product of Frenship High School. The outside hitter claimed First Team All-City honors in 2010 by the Lubbock Avalanche-Journal after compiling 366 kills, 337 digs, 64 blocks and 50 aces.  She claimed All-District honors her last three seasons, earning a pair of First Team honors (2008, 2009) and a Second Team listing (2010).  Along with playing volleyball, Johnson excelled in softball and will be a dual-sport scholarship athlete for LCU, participating for both the LCU volleyball and softball programs..
