LUBBOCK, Texas (April 3, 2012) - Lubbock Christian University men's soccer head coach Kyle Beard has announced additions to his coaching staff, as he welcomed Luke Close as his assistant coach and Chase Walker as his graduate assistant coach.

LUBBOCK, Texas (February 22, 2012) - The Lubbock Christian University Chaparrals will be looking for a new assistant men's soccer coach, but for good reason as they are losing Odie Guzman, who was named as the head men's soccer coach at NCAA Div. II Harding University.

LUBBOCK, Texas (December 6, 2011) - Billy Forbes, who was the heart and soul of the Lubbock Christian University men's soccer team this past season, was honored as the program's first NAIA All-American.

OKLAHOMA CITY (November 11, 2011) - The Sooner Athletic Conference awarded their annual postseason honors for men's soccer and Lubbock Christian University was well represented headlined by Billy Forbes, who claimed Player of the Year, Offensive MVP, Newcomer of the Year and First Team accolades.  Also receiving honors for LCU was Byron Knowles and Jorge Martinez, who were each named to the Second Team.
