LUBBOCK, Texas (October 16, 2013) – The Heartland Conference announced Lubbock Christian University's Priscilla Brannon as the Heartland Conference women's soccer Co-Offensive Players of the Week, joining Newman University's Mei-Mei Senthavy.

Brannon helped lead the Lady Chaps to a perfect 3-0-0 Heartland Conference record with a pair of goals leading to a 2-0-0 record on the week. The senior midfielder, who had three goals her freshman season, had gone 45 games over the past three seasons without a goal, but has since scored in consecutive game (3-2 win over St. Mary's and 3-0 win over Texas A&M International). She also led the team with eight shots on the week. This is the first conference honor for the Athens, Texas native.

The Lady Chaps are 6-5-0 overall on the season and 3-0-0 in the Heartland Conference. They return to action Saturday in Wichita, Kan. facing Newman University in a Heartland Conference match.
